  • If you have acute medical conditions, severe psychiatric conditions, or are in early pregnancy, it is recommended to consult a healthcare professional beforehand. If you are unsure, feel free to reach out prior to booking.

  • It is highly advisable that you avoid having a heavy meal at least 2 hours before the sound bath. This way you can enjoy the experience the most.
