Sessions take place in the calm practice room of Cosmic Roots in Lucerne, offering a quiet and supportive setting for focused listening with respect for each person’s process and needs. No prior experience is required.

• A 45-minute intimate and personalised session for individuals or couples
• A short arrival conversation to clarify intention and current needs
• Live acoustic instruments including large gongs, crystal singing bowls, monochord and subtle voice work
• Sound designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing and deep restoration
• A gradual shift from alertness into spacious, restorative states
• Lying down or seated comfortably throughout the session
