Meet
Ana Sónar

Ana Sónar (Anastasia Liaskou) is a certified Gong Master and sound healing practitioner with nearly a decade of experience working with individuals and groups.

She facilitates Sound Baths and immersive sound-based experiences, drawing on her ongoing studies in music therapy at Zurich University of the Arts to support grounding, nervous system regulation, and deep inner listening.

  • Select your preferred session and book online, or contact Ana to discuss a customised format for yourself, your team or organisation.

  • No prior experience is required. The sessions are accessible to everyone and designed to support both first-time participants and experienced practitioners.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to rest easily. For group sessions, mats and basic props are provided. You are welcome to bring additional layers if you prefer and your own water bottle.

  • Yes. The sessions are designed to support recovery, mental clarity, and internal settling. Many participants attend specifically during demanding phases to support balance and focus.

  • If you have acute medical conditions, severe psychiatric conditions, or are in early pregnancy, it is recommended to consult a healthcare professional beforehand. If you are unsure, feel free to reach out prior to booking.

  • Yes. Formats can be adapted for corporate environments, leadership groups, or team settings. Sessions can be held on-site or in a dedicated studio space, depending on your needs. Please check the Corporate Wellbeing offers.

  • It is highly advisable that you avoid having a heavy meal at least 2 hours before the sound bath. This way you can enjoy the experience the most.
